Parking is a vital component of the improved service we promised. After a year since the groundbreaking, CMC’s five-storey steel parking structure has now become a reality.
Located along Panay Avenue, corner Scout Magbanua Street, just across the Emergency Department, CMC’s much-awaited Multi-Level Steel Parking is now open. We can now accommodate an additional 228 cars and 97 motorcycles, making it easier for our patients and staff to find convenient parking. The ground floor is designed for future commercial spaces. The steel parking is also equipped with CCTVs, its own elevator and comfort rooms.
Expanding Healthcare Services at CMC
In line with its commitment to enhance patient care, Capitol Medical Center (CMC) continues to upgrade its facilities to better serve patients throughout their healing journey.
The newly renovated 6th Floor now features suite rooms, offering a more comfortable and private space for patients and their loved ones during recovery.
The Non-Invasive Cardiovascular Laboratory has also been expanded, allowing more patients to receive timely care in a more relaxed and accommodating environment.
These improvements extend beyond inpatient services. Outpatient facilities are also being enhanced to ensure greater convenience, comfort, and accessibility for all.

The CMC Cancer Center will soon rise beside the recently completed Multi-level Steel Parking, further expanding our commitment to providing comprehensive, specialized care for cancer patients.
