We understand the complications involved in undergoing a procedure or treatment at a hospital, that’s why Capitol Medical Center offers assistance for your planning, logistics, communication and transportation needs. Our main facilities provide a wealth of comfort and amenities including lounge area, Wi-Fi access, transportation assistance, religious services and much more.
The Hospital provides free wireless Internet access (password can be requested upon admission) in all patient rooms and family waiting areas, however CMC does not take responsibility for personal computers that patients and visitors bring into the Hospital. For the protection of our patients and families, streaming capabilities are not possible on CMC Guest Wi-Fi.
The canteen is located at the basement of CMC and opens daily from 7:00 am to 6:0 pm, Monday to Saturday and 7:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sundays. Room service may be requested with a nominal charge on cash basis only.
Meals are automatically provided to all in patients. However, extra trays may be requested from the Dietary Department for a nominal fee. For extra breakfast trays we advise you to place your order before 5:00 am. Therapeutic diet prescribed by your doctor should be strictly followed. A dietician may visit and assist in planning the diet required by your doctor.
Several Parking areas are available for your convenience. Guests may opt to park within the building premises for free or take a secure slot in two major pay parking area within Sct. Magbanua street.

Our Pharmaceutical Department is open 24 hours daily to serve our in-patients and out-patients. At the hospital pharmacy, you are assured of genuine and updated drugs and medicines.
Our Spiritual Care team is available for your spiritual and emotional support and to serve and respond to your requests. The CMC Chapel is located at the 12th floor of the hospital and is open 24/7 for people of all faiths and religions.
The Spiritual Care unit through its multi-faith Chaplaincy Service:
A. Provides multi-faith spiritual care and/or clergy of your own faith group.
B. Serves each person’s specific religious needs for prayer and ritual/tradition.
C. Assists patients and their loved ones in coping with illness by supporting their spiritual needs.
D. Helps patients move toward renewed hope and peace.

Rooms are provided with telephones go through the central switchboard. However, we request that you limit your calls to avoid overloading the switchboard. Telephone lines may be used for city calls. For long distance or overseas call, our Telephone Operator will be willing to place your call. Charges will be included in your hospital bills upon discharge.
We aim to make your visit as comfortable as possible. So, we make sure that our Customer Care team is ready and equipped to address your needs.
We have a dedicated Customer Relations Officers to ensure that your stay with us would be pleasant and comfortable. You may wish to give us feedback about your stay and how you were taken care of. They may personally visit you or you may fill up the Patient Evaluation Form (PEF). Rest assured that your feedback will be treated with strict confidentiality.
Our Nurses our ready to serve you at all times. When in need of assistance our rooms are all equipped with emergency button to call the attention of our attending nurse team and physicians at bay.
A core of highly trained and licensed physicians are available 24 hours a day.
Our team can handle a dedicated care and attention should you require one. Private Nurse request can be arranged with the Head Nurse or Nurse Supervisor on duty.
