Women’s Month Celebration at Capitol Medical Center
This Women’s Month, we at Capitol Medical Center (CMC) recognize the invaluable presence of women in the industry, comprising 67% of our total workforce.
March was a month of celebration of women and the CMC Human Resources Department organized a mini seminar on skincare, featuring a guest speaker from a prominent makeup brand.
The half-day lecture focused on promoting a healthy mind, healthy skin, and a healthy life for the hardworking women of our institution.
Alluring activities, fun games, and exciting prizes await at the CMC lobby, where on-duty gals can join in during their break time.
OB-GYNE Department’s Buntis Day
Meanwhile, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology opened CMC’s doors to nearby barangays by celebrating “Buntis Day”. In collaboration with various pharmaceutical partners and baby product traders, the event was a blockbuster, filling the Upper Ground Floor of the CMC Building.
The lobby also served as the venue for a lay forum on lactation and breastfeeding, providing valuable information and support to expectant and new mothers.
A pampering spree was held at the CMC Medical Arts Building, open not only to employees but also to patient companions who happened to be in the building during the event. The activity offered a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, featuring services such as hand massages, basic facials, and beauty consultations—allowing women to take a well-deserved break and enjoy a moment of self-care amidst their busy day.
